Ideal for owner-occupant!
Very nice duplex, clean and well maintained. Several renovations have been carried out over time.
Presently occupied by very reliable tenants, one of whom has lived there for over 20 years and is in
charge of the exterior maintenance. The 2 large apartments have a separate entrance, washer
and dryer hook ups, their own electric meter and water heater.
