A quiet, beautiful property in a cul-de-sac in the Davidson Corner neighborhood, close to Montée Paiement. Clean, bright, and well-maintained house with no back neighbors and a picturesque view of an adjacent farm. Amazing street views of downtown Ottawa and Gatineau Hills. Very private, with a pretty backyard, a deck, and a gazebo.
Close to Highway 50. 15 minutes driving time from downtown Ottawa and 20 minutes to Gatineau Park. Located in a green sector within walking distance of primary and secondary schools, shops, restaurants, gas stations, a few parks, and a bike path.
