Each appartement of ground floor have
an office area. . Very good tenants and they
mostly leave there since many years. Each appartment has 2 bedroom.
Extra parking spaces available.
Each appartment has a gaz fireplace and an A/C Each appartment has an aire exchange.
Also in each master bedroom there is a walk-in closet. Each tenant has an outside
shade .
In the kitchen panties are made with thermo-plastic. There is hardwood floor in above ground appartments. In the bath room there is a bath monococ.
