Beautiful condo in the Hautes-Plaines area located on the garden level of a condominium where the members of the association are very friendly. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood close to all services and very easy for public transportation or Highway 5 north-south.
You can get to downtown Hull, Gatineau or Ottawa in no time (less than 10-15 minutes). Traffic is almost non-existent compared to places like the Plateau, Alymer or Gatimeau.
There is Gatineau Park, the outdoor relay for nature enthusiasts and sports such as cycling, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, walking and running.
Daycares, elementary, secondary and CEGEP schools are within walking distance. There are 5 supermarkets within 10 minutes, the Sportheque and Chelsea for enthusiasts.
The unit contains two large bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and separate bath.
