This is a furnished condo- that is available from March 15th, 2024.
Here is a lovely safe, quiet neighborhood with everything needed for a short stay. Dishes, pots, towels, linen, kitchen, internet, tennis court, swimming pool for summer months, sledding in winter behind the house at Moore Farm, parks, ample parking, and trails, all near Gatineau Park trails. Near Supercenter, near the Champlain Bridge, one minute by car. Near Ottawa by bus 15 minutes. Near UQO.

Ideal for a graduate teacher, or retired single professional. The monthly rental is open to leaving and reinstating. Example: you leave for the summer months and return for the November-April months. Ask for details, please.

The condo is located on the top 3rd top floor, with a balcony overlooking a crescent,  pool, and tennis and basketball court. The condo is situated on a private street. With outside private corner parking.

For STO bus commuters there are dozens of bus lines to choose from. The condo is near the Plateau shopping center. Champlain Bridge and ten minutes by car to Ottawa. Biking through bike paths makes all routes to universities safe and in good time.

Non-smoking/no drugs, no parties allowed. Practicing Christian female welcome, (respectful, quiet neighbors who work from home).
