Close to the Super Centre (Plateau Shopping Centre) and the Champlain Bridge a minute drive away. On the main public transit and bike paths (so five bike paths leading to Ottawa and the Aylmer marina). Close to the Ottawa River and Gatineau Park (to which the adjacent Moore Farm gives direct access). Close to all major highways and ten minutes from downtown Ottawa by car.

A quality of life! Very quiet and with no neighbors in the back.
