With two excellent tenants who's been there for a long time. The building was at first built in 1950, but completely redone in 1998, floors, windows, insulation, walls, plumbing, electricity, fire protection, everything is minimally compliant with the 1998 construction code. Backyard landscaped and maintained by the current tenant. There are 5 parking spaces in total. Kitchen of apartment #1 redone in 2018, as well as all floors on both floors. The only downside is the facade of the building.
