Duplex, ideal for owner occupant, with only 5% down payment or ncome property with a potential annual income of $25,000. Both appartements are are well maintained and no repairs are to be expected. With two excellent tenants who's been there for a long time. The building was at first built in 1950, but completely redone in 1998, floors, windows, insulation, walls, plumbing, electricity, fire protection, everything is minimally compliant with the 1998 construction code. Backyard landscaped and maintained by the current tenant. There are 5 parking spaces in total. Kitchen of apartment #1 redone in 2018, as well as all floors on both floors. The only downside is the facade of the building.
