Superb sunsets! Great 3 bedroom Cottage with guest house (two queen beds). Double lot, beautiful beach 114 feet long frontage. Simonet Lake in the Petite-Nation area. Motorboats permitted. Fully furnished! The basement is a walk-out which means it has a patio door and large windows.
