Owners’ comments
Magnificent single-storey dwelling built in 2013, located between Pont-Rouge and Saint-Raymond (Portneuf region), 30 minutes from Quebec. Close to essential services and outdoor activities.
Open area with natural lighting, the basement has one extra room (done in january 2024) as well as a family room, a second area can be used for storage/workshop, allowing a space for an additional bathroom.
Large front terrace east side overlooking a small lake, a new stairway was done (august 2024). Storage space on the south side. Back terrace overlooking woodland (no neighbors).
Electrical panel installed for a generator. Wood stove, heat pump, air exchanger, central vacuum, dishwasher ,washer and dryer (included).
