Owners’ comments
Triplex with lots of character in Saint-Jean-Baptiste, a district dating from the 19th century and very close to the historic city of Quebec with its Château Frontenac and Parliament Hill.
The house has an intimate backyard with shrubs, trees, and several flowers and plants.
Each apartment has access to the courtyard. Overall there are three patios (location 2, the office on the second floor and the dining room on the third floor). Patios allow you to spend a beautiful summer evening with your guests outside.
The house is close to various shops. A wide range of cultural events are offered to you throughout the year and you can get there on foot. There are also many parks very close, including the famous Abrahams's battlefields. A short walk will take you to the St. Lawrence River. You are also close to all the cycling paths.
Both apartments are rented to people who appreciate their neat and pleasant apartments.
