WHO'S LUCKY?

The  condominium is the best located and renovate of Jardins France-Prime.  2 bedrooms at 3rd floor, very sunny (South-west) with a beautiful central view right in the middle of the gardens and heated pool. The quietest building and furthest from the highway Duplessis compare to the others France-Prime condos . All the highways and walk score is 72% for the trades.  There is a  tenant and housing will be free on July 1st.

Specifications: 

  • The building is secure by a phone system.
  • 1 parking lot with heated extension for your car controlled inside the condominium. + possibility to rent additional parking lots 
  • Locker included on the first floor for (your bulky's)
  • Bicycle support is available for all during the estival season
