In this beautiful, modernly decorated home, you will benefit from the different local activities surrounding the village of Saint Donat such as hiking, biking, mountain biking, skiing, snowmobile, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, golfing, fishing, boating, kayaking, and much more!

The lake house is a few minutes away from the charming Saint Donat village where you will find its famous bakery with daily fresh baked treats!  There are also quaint little bistros and restaurants, the Pioneers park with numerous activities, summer and winter festivals, and two ski hills:  La Réserve and Mont Garceau.  Saint Donat is paradise for outdoor activity lovers.   You will find numerous bike paths, mountain biking paths, several hikes of all levels, waterfalls, a beautiful golf course, tennis courts, horseback riding......there is something for everyone!  During the winter you can book a snowmobile adventure or go alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or ice skating in the several parks and paths dedicated to these activities.
