The Rustik refuge invites you, your family and friends to spend unforgettable moments. Located on the banks of the Lièvre River, it offers a magnificent view. Spacious, warm, rustic and modern decor, fully equipped kitchen + (raclette, fondue), 2 relaxation areas, one with a wood-burning fireplace and the other a solarium with TV and work desk. In the basement there's a play area including a pool table and 1 small arcade, and a SPA!
Accommodation
1 master bedroom on the mezzanine overlooking the river with 1 king bed and a sofa bed, 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 communicating bedrooms in the basement. 1 bathroom on each floor, 2 living rooms, a games room, large balcony overlooking the river. Veranda with access to SPA and outdoor fire pit. 1 bar in basement. 1 double kayak for adults. There are 2 outdoor furniture units, each seating 6. 1 table is on the upper balcony and one on the lower. In the living room there are several games for children. We have a fondue and raclette set and a blender.
Traveler access
Travelers have access to everything except the double garage in the parking lot.
Other points to note
Wood included. For the indoor fireplace there are some logs inside and others on the balcony to the left of the fireplace.
There are 2 outdoor furniture units, each seating 6. 1 table is on the upper balcony and one on the lower.
