We rent our second home for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 1 year with the possibility of renewal.
The house offers you four bedrooms: upstairs the master bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with queen bed, on the ground floor the master bedroom with queen bed and in the basement a bedroom with queen bed. You have two bathrooms: one with a shower upstairs and one with a hot tub on the ground floor. You have a fully equipped kitchen, an open concept dining room with the living room. In the middle of the ground floor there is an impressive double-sided fireplace. The living room is spacious with large windows overlooking the lake. In front of the living room is a large terrace and much of it is covered by a screened veranda. You have at your disposal outdoor furniture, a dock, boats, an outdoor fireplace, a BBQ and parking for four cars.
The house is located 10 minutes from Ste-Agathe-des-Monts and one hour from Montreal.
If you rent for the year, you need to open your own Hydro, internet and cable account and have home insurance.
The house benefits from the city's water and sewer services. Pets are accepted under certain conditions.
Subletting is not accepted.

La maison vous offre quatre chambres : à l'étage la chambre des maîtres avec lit king, chambre des invités avec lit queen, au rez-de-chaussée la chambre principale avec lit queen et au sous-sol une chambre avec lit queen. Vous avez deux salles de bain : une avec douche à l'étage et une avec bain tourbillon au rez-de-chaussée. Vous avez une cuisine complètement équipée, une salle à manger à aire ouverte avec le salon. Au milieu du rez-de-chaussée se trouve un imposant foyer double face. Le salon est spacieux avec de grandes fenêtres donnant sur le lac. Devant le salon se trouve une grande terrasse et une grande partie est couverte par une véranda moustiquaire. Vous avez à votre disposition du mobilier extérieur, un quai, des embarcations, un foyer extérieur, un BBQ et un stationnement pour quatre autos.
La maison se trouve à 10 min de Ste-Agathe-des-Monts et à une heure de Montréal.
Si vous louez à l'année, vous devez ouvrir votre propre compte Hydro, internet et câble et avoir une assurance habitation.
La maison bénéficie des services d'aqueduc et d'égout de la ville. Les animaux sont acceptés sous condition.
