Hello!
My partner and I are putting up our apartment for lease transfer. The apartment would be available to move in November. It is in Vaudreuil-Dorion 5 mins walk from the train station on Blvd de la Gare with many bus options as well. Honestly a great location. Right across the road is Les Avenues Vaudreuil which has many stores (Marshalls, Omer Deserres, Sephora, Lindt, bubble tea!). Also within walking distance is Metro grocery store, Jean Coutu and many restaurants.
It's a big 4 1/2 and all appliances included (washer/dryer, wall-mounted A/C, fridge, dishwasher, stove and central vacuum, which is so great). Rent is currently $1790. Floors are newly renovated. It is on the first floor, technically semi sous-sol (half basement), but you get great natural lighting all around so it doesn't feel like a semi sous-sol.
The master bedroom is big enough to fit a queen-size bed, a nightstand on each side, a medium-size coffee table and a Lazyboy with extra room to spare. Includes a big walk-in closet with storage space.
The second room is being used as an office/gaming space. Has a big double-door closet space that is pretty deep. The room is big enough to fit 2 PC setups with duo monitors each. Can easily be a second bedroom if needed. We have a separate laundry room that has a lot of storage space. Where you can also find the central vacuum, water tank, fuse box and the air exchanger.
We have 2 entrances. A main entrance which has access to the main road. There is also a back entrance to the parking lot. In the front entrance there's a very decent size closet space and more storage space as well. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen and counter space too!
