First (ground) floor has entry with double doors and a big closet, living room, dining room, very big kitchen with lots of cabinets, two storage areas, powder room, patio etc. Second floor has 3 good size bedrooms (with closet), laundry room and spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. Whole house is freshly painted with decent colors, new floor, new modern light fixtures, new faucets, renovated kitchen and lot more. It also has air exchanger, wall mounted air conditioner. Access to balcony, to very big storage area and backyard ground (large compared to other units of row). All appliances are of stainless steel and under warranty (except new fridge).
