Located behind Parc de la Cite and Raymond Levesque library across Cousineau Blvd. Next to a medical/dental clinic. At walking distance to Promenades du Parc with groceries, SAQ, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, etc. 10 mins drive to Promenades St Bruno with Costco, Walmart, etc., 15 mins from Dix30 with more shops, entertainment and the soon-to-be-open REM station.
