New condo near Namur station, 7th floor, very nice view, 1 bedroom, 723 sq. ft. elevator, on top of the grocery PA, you have Starbucks, SPA at the ground level. 

All the appliances are included, as well as hot water, good for professionals or students, or young couples. 

currently, there is a professsional couple living there. they will move out since their family is bigger now. Pics are taken three years ago. there are for references only. the actual situation is changed due to the normal use

No smoke, no pets, credit check

You can rent parking from the building.
