This sunny and happy condo on the 3rd floor (top floor) has been consistently renovated and maintained.

- 7-8min walking to metro Villa Maria. The Villa Maria metro has the advantage of a large heated indoor waiting area for all the buses that pass through there.
- 12 min walking to metro Vendome, which is also connected via tunnel to the super hospital (MUHC Glen hospital).
- The bus 24 is right outside the building. It either takes you to the Metro in one direction, or straight towards downtown in the other direction.
- Bus to Loyola campus (Concordia University)
- Easy access to the highway (down the street and around the corner)
