This sunny and happy condo on the 3rd floor (top floor) has been consistently renovated and maintained.
Condo size: 700sq feet, with a front balcony and back stairway exit landing. The rooms are well divided (no space is lost on long hallways!) - all room spaces are usable and efficient. There is a full-sized kitchen with lots of cupboards and counter space.

This apartment is furnished / semi-furnished. Here is the list of contents:
Bedroom #1:
1 good size desk
1 nightstand

Bedroom #2:
1 queen-sized, good quality bed frame ONLY (this one doesn't have a mattress).
1 possibility of a bookshelf

Living room:
1 Couch
1 large coffee table with shelving space in it
1 bookshelf
1 table, 4 chairs

Kitchen:

- A small exercise room in the basement (mainly a bike and some weights - no windows)

Very convenient location:
- 7-8min walking to metro Villa Maria. The Villa Maria metro has the advantage of a large heated indoor waiting area for all the buses that pass through there.
- 12 min walking to metro Vendome, which is also connected via tunnel to the super hospital (MUHC Glen hospital).
- The bus 24 is right outside the building. It either takes you to the Metro in one direction, or straight towards downtown in the other direction.
- Bus to Loyola campus (Concordia University)
- Easy access to the highway (down the street and around the corner)
- Parking on street with city sticker (residents will need to arrange this themselves)

Shops and services:
- Close walking distance to office & printing store Bureau en Gros (Staples) and Pharmaprix.
- Local grocery store across the street
- the NDG community centre with indoor pool, NDG library and other community centres right across the street or 1 min away.
- Very close to festive Monkland village (across the walk bridge from metro Villa Maria)
- Very close to all the cafes and stores on Sherbrooke on the Westmount side (5 min walk from the condo)
- Close to great walk-in clinics, sports clinics, the MUHC hospital, and many excellent schools.
