My flatmate and I are looking for a third person to take the free room we have in our large but cozy apartment.

Here's a bit about us:

Daniel works in engineering and is an amateur classical musician. He plays his electric keyboard sometimes, but is very accomodating about it. Leonor is doing her PhD in experimental medicine at McGill. We are both 24 years old and we are tidy, make pleasant company and are easy to live with. We like to chat and go out and do things sometimes, but we also both really value time alone and respect our personal spaces in the apartment (bedrooms). We are both cat lovers and are considering getting one (or maybe you have one?). We also share a culinary curiosity and have a well-stocked kitchen. Daniel speaks English and French and Leonor speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.

And a bit about the apartment:

It's a three-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a quiet building right across the street from the University of Montreal and its metro station. There is also a car share lot and a bixi hub just across the street and it's just down the street from the REM. There are many shops on Côte des Neiges, not too far. The large living has a nice sunny view through the south-facing window of the park across the street. The bedroom is fairly large and has a window. Our previous flatmate is moving out of the country, so you can buy whatever furniture you see in the photos of the bedroom if you'd like ($575 if you want everything). The rent is $733/mo./person (includes heating). On top of that, internet is $20/mo. and hydro is usually about $15/mo.. There are laundry machines in the basement of the building.
