A beautiful, spacious and cozy apartment on two floors in a historic duplex, an 8-minutes walk from the green line metro, 4 stops away from downtown, close to shops and restaurants. Rental available from 1 to 12 months. (In November 2027, my son will be moving back in)

The place is fully furnished and very comfortable, ideal for a family, couples, or friends wanting to split the cost of rental. It can accommodate up to 6 people who will treat the place as if it were their own. 

The upper floor features 3 bedrooms, including 1 suite with private bathroom and two smaller rooms sharing a full bathrooms. On the lower floor, you will find a dazzling open-concept kitchen, dining and living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area is equipped with a lovely dining table to accommodate 6 people.  The living room is large and snug with access to a half bathroom.

Both levels have a spacious terrace with a large outdoor table and a gas BBQ. 

In the summer, a limited access to the pool is granted.
