My family and I have just finished building a beautiful 5-unit building on De Gaspé Avenue, in the heart of Little Italy / La Petite-Patrie. We are now looking for the right person to make one of our apartments their new home.

This 3½ is brand new and has never been lived in. You will be the very first to live here, with the feel of moving into a brand-new condo. It includes all-new appliances, air conditioning, a private balcony, storage space, ~9-foot ceilings, and heated floors in the bathroom.

The location is one of our favorite things about it. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from Little Italy, the Jean-Talon Market, numerous cafés, restaurants, local shops, bike paths, parks, as well as the Beaubien and Rosemont metro stations.

We hope to find tenants who will love this apartment and take care of it as much as we loved building it. Ideally, we are looking for someone who wants to settle in for the long term, but we are completely open to discussing if your situation requires a bit more flexibility.
