*Appliances: includes all the appliances, fully operational and high quality: Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, an electric kettle, and toaster.


*Furniture: We will take care of the furniture, so you only need to bring your personal stuff. 
You will find the following items in the condo: double-size bed, nightstand, drawer, sofa, counter chairs, curtains, and console table.
Cookware, dishware, bed lining, TV, and media table, are also available by request. 
The condo has two large closets and so many storage spaces.  
 
*Parking: The indoor parking space is available, which is super precious, convenient, and a must in this busy neighborhood! (+$)
 

*Amenities: You will have access to all luxurious and newly renovated high-end amenities of the building: Gym, reception hall, outdoor barbeque area, TV room, and pool. They are all on the top floor with an outstanding and unique view over the old port and downtown. The common area is being maintained by a great company, keeping it always accessible and clean.
