• The first month of rent is paid at the moment of the signature of the lease
• Any damage caused by negligence or abusive usage of the furniture or the place will be paid by the tenant
• The tenant must accept all the rules from the owner, from the building and from the coproperty declaration. All fees required under the building regulations and/or the declaration of co-ownership will be charged to the tenant.
