We have to say goodbye to this beautiful apartment and leave room for you because we have just bought.
It is an apartment, recently renovated, on the ground floor in a small quiet condominium, with 3 real large bedrooms (not rooms where you can just put a single bed), 2 bathrooms, and storage everywhere, in each room. We have a terrace with direct access outside, convenient for having a coffee in the morning or having dinner outside in summer. There is reserved parking and it is also easy to park for free on the street.
The neighborhood is quiet, residential, but you are never far from anything: the bike path is right next door, the schools, the Enfant-Jésus Hospital and the Cégep Limoilou are close by, and for groceries there is a choice between Maxi, Super C and IGA. Canac is not far away either. The Patro Roc Amadour is within walking distance, and buses 801, 803, and 28 pass nearby

On doit dire au revoir à ce bel appartement et vous laissons la place car nous venons d'acheter.
C'est un appartement, récemment rénové, en rez-de-chaussée dans une petite copropriété tranquille, avec 3 vraies grandes chambres (pas des chambres où on peut juste mettre un lit simple), 2 salles de bain, et du rangement partout, dans chaque pièce. On a une terrasse avec accès direct dehors, pratique pour prendre un café le matin ou souper dehors l'été. Il y a un stationnement réservé et c'est également facile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue.
Le quartier est calme, résidentiel cependant on n'est jamais loin de rien : la piste cyclable est juste à côté, les écoles, l'hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus et le Cégep Limoilou sont proches, et pour l'épicerie il y a le choix entre Maxi, Super C et IGA. Canac n'est pas loin non plus. Le Patro Roc Amadour est à distance de marche, et les bus 801, 803 et 28 passent proche.
Les animaux sont bienvenus.
