LARGE 1,440-square-foot apartment located on the ground floor. 9-foot ceilings. Hardwood floors throughout except in the bathroom, dining room, and kitchen. Its 7.5 rooms are fully furnished (including 3 bedrooms with queen-sized beds).

The price is $2,195 per month and available starting July 1st (unheated, unlit). Independent heating controls in each room of the apartment (unlike buildings in the area, which have central heating controlled only by the owner). We require each parent's signature when renting to students. No pets or musical instruments allowed.

The apartment is fully furnished (CANNOT BE RENTED WITHOUT FURNITURE). It includes all furniture and appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer) and is fully equipped (dishes, pots and pans, utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, television, etc.). Bedding and towels are available for an additional fee.

Easy street parking in front of the building. Evening, overnight, and weekend parking does not require a parking sticker. Furthermore, during the daytime, the maximum allowed parking is 90 minutes without a parking sticker. At other times, you will need to obtain a parking sticker from the City of Quebec for a fee of $150 per year per vehicle. However, during snow removal operations, we offer a free parking space behind the building only when the lights are flashing.
