Finance your DuProprio package

Financeit is a Canadian company that allows businesses like DuProprio to offer financing plans to their clients. In Canada, a number of companies also do business with them, such as Home Depot, Trevi, Qualinet and Fenplast. Financeit offers respected and secure service in French. 

Checking your eligibility will not affect your credit rating. However, an official request for financing may affect it. If you fill out an online request directly on Financeit’s website, the actions that could impact your credit rating will be clearly identified. These are contained in the second step. 

If your financing request is refused, you have the option of adding a co-applicant to increase your chances of a new request being accepted. Our DuProprio advisors can guide you if this option applies to your situation. Please note that it’s also possible to pay for your package with a Visa or Mastercard. 

A DuProprio advisor will be notified of your request. They will call you to launch the next steps. You can talk about the services offered by DuProprio and schedule an appointment with one of our local representatives to take photos of your property. Financing will begin only after the representative has come to visit. They will check some information, such as: – Your ID – Your selected package and financing plan – The duration of the equal payments (12, 24 or 36 months). They will also configure your Financeit account for the payments and submit the loan agreement. 

An interest rate of 15.99% applies to the equal payments. If you chose a Silver or Gold package, these payments will only begin after 6 months. 

To make a partial or full repayment, contact Financeit directly. Their services are available in French and English. There is no penalty and no fee for early repayments.
