Magnificent four-season bungalow on the shores of majestic Lake Témiscamingue. There is a very beautiful sandy beach with gabions to protect the land from erosion. There is a 32-foot dock with a 16 x 12-foot aluminum platform on wheels for winter storage. You can fish in summer and winter. The property is located near a snowmobile trail. Internet with high-speed optical fiber available (may facilitate teleworking from home).
