Four-season bungalow, on the shores of Lake Témiscamingue, very beautiful sandy beach with gabion to protect against erosion, including a 32-foot dock (it is on wheels so you can store it for the winter) and platform of 16 x 12 feet in aluminum on wheels, very good fishing summer and winter, ideal for snowmobiling you have the trail near the property.

The insulated and furnished garage can be used as a loft with an installed heat pump.
Included a two-acre cleared lot with a 30 x 30 garage and 11 feet in height and with a 12 x 10 solar door and electricity. This land gives you a multitude of possibilities and is located on the other side of the house (see photo).
On the lake, you will find restaurants and the possibility of renting kayaks and pedal boats. As much fun in summer as in winter.
Walleye fishing is practiced in these two seasons.
