Professionally built modern cottage completed in 2022 on Gordon Lake situated five miles from the charming border town of Temiscaming, Quebec. One hour drive from North Bay, Ontario, and approximately 240 miles from the GTA region.
Lake trout fishing is prominent on Gordon Lake and it is an ideal setting for canoeing on quiet secluded bays. Large sloping private 3/4 acre lot with 170 feet of frontage.
The cottage features a rustic pine exterior and interior white pine walls and ceilings provide a true cottage atmosphere. Large master bedroom, the modern washroom features a tub surround unit and large vanity. Bright country kitchen with new appliances and seating arrangements for four adults and four children. The wooden stove provides a scenic and relaxing ambiance.
An instant propane hot water system was installed in 2024.
The loft has four large single beds and ample drawer storage units and shelving sections.
The solar system provides lighting with a Honda 3000 generator as a back up system. Additional features include a screened gazebo with a propane stove and sink, a storage shed with a covered work bench and enclose shower area, and a sleeping cabin with a double bed.
