In the magnificent Charlevoix region, a splendid country house/chalet with garden level offering a breathtaking view of the village Les Éboulements, the Saint-Laurent river and the south shore with its Appalachians as well as the mountain. Located in the municipality of Les Éboulements, in the heart of the prestigious La Seigneurie estate, the house is fitted out in harmony with nature in order to preserve privacy. It is south facing and bathed from morning to evening by the sun and the bright colors of Charlevoix.
