Located in a quiet neighborhood with large lots and mature trees. A dedicated bike path connects the neighborhood to downtown and to the Québec bike route network. Close to grocery stores and shops, with quick access to the highway. Ideal for working from home and close enough to commute to Montreal or Sherbrooke.
The main floor has lots of natural lighting, and hardwood floors throughout except for ceramic tile in the entrance and bathroom. Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas with blended architectural separations. Each of the two bedrooms has a large window, a closet, and a small cubby. A full bathroom with a separate shower stall competes with the main level of the house.
