This semi-detached ski chalet-style condo is located in the Domaine Les cèdres d'Orford. Just 5 Km from the Mont-Orford national park and ski resort, it offers the opportunity to enjoy a region rich in lakes and mountains in a peaceful and wooded environment, while being close to all amenities.
The open-concept ground floor includes a kitchen with heated floors, a dining room, and a living room with a propane gas fireplace. There are also two enclosed bedrooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub.
The mezzanine provides access to an additional bedroom and a workspace with skylights. A small three-quarter bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and generous storage spaces complete this area.
Outside, the back patio offers a lovely private setting. A large front shed provides storage for bikes and skis.
The building was expanded in 2008 and has undergone some recent renovations: roof (2016-2019), water heater (2020), and interior painting (2021).
