Cozy 1872 country house located in a mountainous area with a 360-degree view on the surrounding nature. An abundance of large windows lets the light in all day long. This peaceful environment is ideal for people in search of a calm country feeling while being near all essential services. Large lot lined with mature trees and a few maple trees to tap. A greenhouse, with electricity and water to start seedlings, is located near the vegetable garden which already includes among other things a patch of asparagus and 200 garlic plants for this summer. A berry garden: raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries. A  mini orchard  ( planted 2 years ago): apples, pears, plums, and cherries.

Nearby activities: mount Gleason, mount Ham, ATV and snowmobile trails, cycling.

High-speed internet allows for telecommuting.
