Beautiful 5 bedroom house 30 min. from Gaspé or 7 min. of Riviere-au-Renard. Located in a cul-de-sac, very close to the sea, let yourself be lulled by the sound of the waves and the song of the birds. Very quiet place, you will not hear cars passing on the 132! 

Access to ATV and Snowmobile trails from the house, 5 min. from a lake where you can fish for trout even in winter and 10 min. of a shooting range.

A business with a large lot at the corner of the 132 would also be available for a good business opportunity.
