Whose luck? Our Swiss chalet-style second home, which was featured in a Quebec decoration magazine in 2024, is now looking for new owners. Turnkey property, warm and ideally located in Chertsey in Lanaudière (1 hour from Montreal), on the edge of the Laurentians. You will be charmed by this haven of peace, surrounded by trees, mountains and a single visible neighbor. The path, which is very well maintained all year round, is dead-end, so there is very little traffic.

Propriété clé en main, chaleureuse et idéalement située à Chertsey dans Lanaudière (1 h de Montréal), à la limite des Laurentides. Directement de la salle à manger vous avez accès à une grande terrasse surélevée qui vous offre une vue panoramique sur la nature et la cour. Un espace feu est également aménagé ainsi qu'une autre terrasse munie d'un gazebo, idéal comme coin repas extérieur.
