Magnificent Estate with exceptional character! Unique in Quebec! Live in complete safety on the banks of the Ouareau River. Tranquility located at just 50 minutes away from Montreal by car and 12 minutes from Joliette Hospital for Health Professionnel.

This house (122 ft. long) was built from a farm building. The first part, built in 1977, surprises with its magnificent interior stone walls and slate floors.

This part of the house has undergone several renovations over the years, including a large modern kitchen installed in 2018 and the addition of a large bright dining room adjacent to the kitchen in 2020.

All Kitchen Aid appliances dating from December 2018 are included: induction stove, 36" countertop refrigerator and dishwasher, all in excellent condition. A reverse osmosis water system has been installed at the kitchen sink since 2018.
