The building is located in the new downtown of Blainville.
With the new regulations with the city of Blainville, you can build up to 5 floors and underground parking. Possibility to build approximately 8 apartments 4 1/2 and 4 apartments 3 1/2. Great investment opportunity because the City wants us to build this project.
