Recent construction in 2017. 2-story house, made with quality materials: steel roof, glycol radiant floor in the basement and on the ground floor, wall-mounted heat pump, and very good insulation (we are ranked among the most energy-efficient houses by Hydro-Québec)
On the ground floor: large open area, kitchen with central island, gas hobs, and fireplace.
On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms including a spacious master bedroom with a large wardrobe, separate toilet, and a bathroom with bathtub and large shower.
In the basement: family room with guest bedroom and a bathroom (with the possibility of adding a shower, the piping is already in place).
A garage is integrated into the house, of good dimensions in depth and height for the happiness of handymen and mechanics. It is equipped with a lift.
The house is ideally located and within walking distance of all amenities. It is a 4-minute walk from the future REM station, a 5-minute walk from an IGA and a pharmacy, a 7-minute walk from a school, and a 2-minute walk from a park with waterfront and boat launch.
