This cottage was for deer hunting for us 12 km north between Lacroix, Matabi and La Mouche lakes, summer vacation and snowmobiling in the winter trail very near our entrance to Highway 309.
We are 5 km north of Notre-Dame du Laus Qc and 2 km from a campground at Campion Lake to the south and another one further north Camping Heritage. South by highway towards Buckingham and Gatineau approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and north 40 minutes from Mont-Laurier. At the entrance to the highway we have a gate and a private road fence at 680 Rte 309.
The land is a 200'x200' acre surrounded by grey jack pine trees and seen from a big mountain to the north, south-east of the cottage a right passage to go to the creek and go to our hunting spots by the Cedar Road to the north.
We leave the satellite saucer from Bell Exprest and TV all the furniture inside can be sold to parare or make a total price with the cottage. There are 3 bedrooms that sleep 12 people with beds one overcoat the other (4 per room).

Au sud par l'autoroute direction pour Buckingham et Gatineau approximativement à 1 hre et 30 minutes et au Nord à 40 minutes de Mont-Laurier. À l'entrée de l'autoroute nous avons une barrière et une clôture chemin privé au 680 rte 309.
Le terrain est un acre 200'x200' entouré d'arbres grey jack pine (cyprès gris) et vue d'une grosse montagne au Nord, au sud-est du chalet un droit passage pour aller au ruisseau et se rendre à nos endroits de chasse par le chemin des Cèdres vers le Nord.
Nous laissons la soucoupe satellite de Bell Exprest et TV tous les meubles à l'intérieur peuvent être vendus à pare ou faire un prix total avec le chalet. Il y a 3 chambres à coucher qui couche 12 personnes avec des lits un pardessus l'autre (4 par chambre).
Les pièces de la cuisine salle à manger et salon sont ouvertes. Il y a deux poêles à bois un dans le salon à combustion lente et l'autre dans la cuisine poêle grand-mère avec boite à bois. Près du poêle gr-mère une tank à eau chaude, frigidaire, cuisinière, fournaise et lumières tous au propane.
Salle de bain avec armoires, douche, toilette. Il y a des lumières électriques, plaque chauffante électrique dans toute les pièces et pompe à eau avec sa tank à eau froide qui fonctionne avec une génératrice.
Nous laissons un réservoir (tank) au propane de 100 lbs avec un régulateur pour deux tanks à l'intérieur de la remise(entrepôt 12'x16') bois de chauffage et table de pique-nique près du pite à feu en face. Il y a aussi une toilette sèche à l'extérieur.
