Many renovations have been carried-out throughout the years, including the roof in 2006 and the front of the roof again at the end of 2017.

The 5 1/2 is on 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms with a large master bedroom on the main floor and in part of the semi-basement, there is the 3rd room and a closed laundry room.

The 4 1/2 is very bright, being only partly considered a basement since the bedrooms are above ground.

All the rooms have at least one window, including the laundry room.

The basement doesn't have a cellar.
