THE CITY OF SAINTE-ADELE have change their approach when you call for information.
For any size of land in Sainte-Adèle, they will say you can only build one house, whatever the size it is. Their reason of this; because there are no develop plan presented. They are pushing for plans to be presented with a futur exit on another street. We have 3 other land that are right on our line that you could use. One neighbour is now for sale on La Canadienne Street.
I spoke to the director of the city, the right arm of the Maire!
(*** but anyway, every developper knows you need a cadastral plan to present to the city so you can develop!!! They just want a "possible" continuity for the road, on another street!)
So if you need clarification and want to talk to someone at the city, please talk to the director of Urbanisme Eric Généreux.
So much ambiguïty for no reason at all!!
