TWO LARGE APARTMENTS: A 5 ½ AND 4 ½ WITH AN EXTERIOR ADDITIONAL ROOM FOR STORAGE.
2 asphalted entrances with GARAGE. Plenty of storage space.
EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE: The 4 ½ is easily rented for $ 1000 and the 5 ½ $ 1,300. Add $ 200 for garage to desired rent and you have $ +2,500 income per month.
