SPACIOUS DUPLEX IN STE-THERESE, quiet residential area, close to everything (5 to 15 minutes walk): shopping centers, Ste-Thérèse train station, two parking lots, access to highways 15 and 640, Collège Lionel Groulx and downtown. TWO LARGE APARTMENTS: A 5 ½ AND 4 ½ WITH AN EXTERIOR ADDITIONAL ROOM FOR STORAGE.
2 asphalted entrances with GARAGE. Plenty of storage space.
