Semi-detached house in the heart of Champfleury (the most sought after neighborhood of Laval). Close to schools, grocery stores, main transport arteries and a bus stop that leads you directly to terminus Montmorency.
3 Bedrooms on the 2nd floor + 2 bedrooms in the basement with oversize windows for more sunlight. Full bathroom on the 2nd floor + a laundry room on the main floor. Big family room and lots of storage space for large families. Basement offers lots of storage space and a living or play room.
