This townhouse, with NO condo fees, is a corner unit located in a peaceful neighbourhood, near Terry-Fox School, Odyssée-des-Jeunes, Charles-Bruneau, and Père-Vimont schools, as well as close to Alexandrie and Lausanne parks.
The hardwood floors were refinished in 2020, along with renovations to the two bathrooms, the powder room, and the kitchen.
