Il n'y a jamais eu d'infiltration d'eau par le solage mais le solage est près de la nappe phréatique, ce qui peut causer une accumulation d'eau au sol lors des canicules en été à cause de la chaleur ambiante et la température froide du sol lorsqu'il y a un taux d'humidité élevé de l'air. Ce n'est absolument pas un problème à condition d'avoir un déshumidificateur qui fonctionne dans le sous-sol durant l'été et de maintenir un taux d'humidité convenable.
