Multi-level house (1988) located on the nicest waterfront around Montreal with 365 days a year sunsets on Lake of Two Mountains. Adapted lakeshore with unrestricted swimming. The lake is seaworthy for 23 km westbound. It is possible to anchor a large boat directly in front of the house. Ice fishing is great. Many recent renovations such as the roof and all 25 thermopane windows. Replacement of the patio doors, front entrance doors, garage door and panoramic living room windows.
The greenhouse has been redone and extended. All front entry and back patio railings are new, made of baked enamel aluminum needing no upkeep. The kitchen has been renovated and all electrical appliances are new. The heat pump was changed in 2016 with repositioning of air ducts. Cobblestone pavement has been redone with circle patterns. Priceless handmade English style library of 13' x 16' made of solid cherrywood with desk and home theater accompanied by architectural cherrywood ceiling light fixture. also use for the pool table.
For all handymen, a separate 18' x 22' heated workshop with garage door, multiple professional woodworking tools are optional.
Sprinkler system covering 5 zones fed by a new high performance submersible pump.
Many different species of mature trees. Landscaping was redone in 2018.
