Gorgeous Condo decorated with taste and very well located: 5 minute walk to the Chevrier terminal, and very close to  Dix30 Shopping Centres, supermarkets, daycares, and schools, close to highway 10 and 30. Spacious open concept living room, modern kitchen with dark chocolate cabinets with deep cupboards that maximize the space, bright ceramic backsplash with a lunch counter. Two bedrooms of good sizes, one with a walk-in closet. Contemporary bathroom with separate shower, Zen bathroom sink and a good size linen closet. High-end fixtures in every room, connected alarm system (wireless), 12,000 BTU A/C with a heat pump, air exchanger. Lots of storage rooms in the condo and one more over the exterior shed .
