Magnificent family home, bright and well maintained. Nestled next to a family park, with no neighbors on the left of the property.
The area is very peaceful. Ideally located at five-minute walk from the College Jean de la Mennais, a seven-minute walk from Emilie Gamelin primary school and its park, soccer, tennis, baseball fields and outdoor ice rink. Very close to several daycares, to the Lucie-F Roussel family park, the market des Jardiniers and the old La Prairie.
The cycle path passes directly in front of the house and the area is served by public transport to the new REM and to Montreal. Easy direct access to highways 132 and 30 via Saint-Jean Boulevard.
And finally, just 8 minutes from the 10/30 district of Brossard with is many stores and activities.
