Detached two-story house in new condition on a non-busy street in a peaceful family neighborhood located close to all services, within walking distance of the hiking trails of Boisé du Tremblay and Parc des Semis, and a primary school; Cycle paths accessible nearby. Last house built by Yves Dubé in 2019. For this type of house in the neighborhood the municipal assessment and asking price ratio is very advantageous. The basement is completely finished.

A backyard plus a side yard fenced by an ornamental iron fence, the swimming pool is fenced by an aluminum fence, the rear balcony is entirely made of aluminum. The shed is on a concrete base. An irrigation system was installed. Two exterior water outlets and an additional exterior electrical outlet have been installed. The high-end Europa semi-inground swimming pool from Trévi is made of concrete.

Due to covid, the number of visitors is limited to two per visit per day and wearing a mask is mandatory.
