L'immeuble est situé dans le coin du Parc Michel Chartrand à Longueuil. Le cartier est tout prêt de tout les commodité nécessaire; pharmacie, hospital, épicerie, école, patinoire etc.
Le voisinage est très tranquille, entend que propriétaire occupant je suis très satisfaite de mon expérience au coeur de Longueuil. Cet immeuble est rénover en grande partie. 2 logements sur 4 sont à 100% neuf. Les cuisines, salles de bain, planchers, éclairage, moulures, portes et bien plus encore.
