Condo currently under reconstruction, completely brand new.

Following a fire that occurred on the buildings roof, the water used to extinguish the flames seeped throughout the entire structure. The unit, like all others, was stripped down, decontaminated, and is currently being rebuilt by the insurance company. EVERYTHING will be brand new: hardwood and ceramic flooring, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room (including cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and lighting). Ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems also have all been completely redone throughout the building. Also, 12 recessed light fixtures will be added to the ceiling.

The work is expected to be completed by the end of March 2026. The photos shown in the listing were taken before the incident. Photos showing the progress of the reconstruction and finish selections can be provided upon request.

The open-concept condo is located in the Ahuntsic neighborhood, just steps from Promenade Fleury. Close to several parks and local shops, this loft offers easy access to public transportation via Sauvé metro station and is only a few minutes drive from major highways.
